For the first time in forever, guests are able to experience Frozen in a whole new way at Disney California Adventure, with Frozen – Live at the Hyperion! To celebrate this amazing show, we attended the world premiere and had the pleasure of speaking with show’s costumer, Renee Harrison.
From the incredible hand-sewn details, to custom pieces for each actor, we discovered the magic of this show extends past the innovative technology and beloved story of sisters Anna and Elsa. With over 1,000 individual pieces, the costumes help bring our favorite characters to life and create show-stopping moments—seriously, just wait until you see Elsa’s transformation in “Let it Go!”
I even got to feel like I was part of the show, because when someone asks if you want to wear Anna’s cloak and bonnet, you don’t say no!
Now, we’ll let Renee take it away and bring us up close and personal with the incredible costumes from Frozen – Live at the Hyperion:
Next time you’re visiting Disney California Adventure, make sure to take a trip to Arendelle for Frozen – Live at the Hyperion!
