5 Disney Couples Share Their Date Tips for the Disney Parks

To celebrate Valentine’s Day in Disney style, we asked five awesome Disney couples to share their favorite things to do together at the Disney Parks.

Scott + Emily, @ohyeahdisney

From: Charlotte, NC
Park: Walt Disney World

Scott and Emily - WDW
Tip: There’s a grassy lounge area by the castle in Magic Kingdom nicknamed the “Hub Grass” and it’s our go-to hangout area. We love laying there waiting for a parade or fireworks to start. (Plus it’s right by Main Street, U.S.A. which means we can grab a quick bite to eat!)
Tip: On our most recent Disney date night, we took a stroll on Disney’s Boardwalk. This is a really unique area with delicious restaurants, shopping, an easy entrance straight into Epcot, and best of all, a photo booth to capture a memory for the night.
Tip: Take a break from selfies and have PhotoPass photographers take professional photos instead. It’s such a fun way to look back on special dates and trips.

Sarah + Leo, @sarahsnitch and @mrleozombie

From: Burbank, CA
Park: Disneyland

Sarah and Leo - DL
Tip: Disney balloons are a great souvenir to pick up towards the end of your trip to remember the day.
Sarah and Leo - DL
Tip: Carnation Cafe is a great place to have a dinner date, or just share a snack like a milkshake!
Sarah and Leo - DL
Tip: Find a matching photo spot to your DisneyBound so that you have a stellar photo to share with all your friends!

Allison + Brandon, @allisonschaper

From: Gainesville, FL
Park: Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Allison and Brandon - DAK
Tip: One of the dreamiest things to do is to enjoy a delicious and authentic meal while overlooking the savannah.
Allison and Brandon - DAK
Tip: One of our most precious memories together was experiencing the Wild Africa Trek, which is a three hour guided safari adventure at Animal Kingdom. We are animal lovers so being up close to the animals was really special.

Tiffany + Dan, @followtheyellowbrickgirl

From: Burbank, CA
Park: Disney California Adventure

Tip: DisneyBounding for the Parks is a fun way to be creative together. Dan came up with these classic Steamboat Willie-inspired ‘Bounds.
Tip: Don’t shy away from taking photos together. You’ll truly cherish Disney photos forever.

Kelsey + Jake, @kelseybang

From: Salt Lake City, UT
Park: Hong Kong Disneyland

Kelsey and Jake - HKD
Tip: Take a stroll around the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. The grounds are beautiful and there is even a fun maze to wander around!
Kelsey and Jake - HKD
Tip: We never miss an opportunity to take a photo with the castle, no matter what Park we’re in. It’s always a photo you’ll want to take home and frame.
Kelsey and Jake - HKD
Tip: Toy Story Land is unique to Hong Kong Disneyland! We love being able to explore new places together, especially when they are themed after some of our favorite Disney movies!

We want to see how you are spending Valentine’s Day or a Disney date at the Parks, too! Tag @disneystyle and use #disneystyle to share your story!
