Australian fashion designer Paul Vasileff is on quite the roll in creating the most magnificent haute couture collections for his label Paolo Sebastian. For his most recent collection for fall/winter 2019, the designer created an elegant winter wonderland collection inspired by the classical works of Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker. Represented in the collection are pieces inspired by the Land of the Flowers, the Land of Snowflakes, and everything in between, so we can’t help but draw a connection to Disney’s newest live-action release The Nutcracker and the Four Realms. You may be familiar with Paolo Sebastian’s previous Disney Princess fairytale collection from spring/summer 2018, and if you’re not, here’s a quick reminder: The collection is gorgeous and meticulously crafted to demonstrate Paul Valiseff’s attention to detail. Through such delicate embroidery, crystal embellishments, and layers of silk and tulle fabrics, the ornate collection is oh-so magical and truly fit for a princess. So naturally, Mackenzie Foy was one of the first to wear the collection, with a mid-length piece embroidered with carousel horses. It’s truly one of the most magical collections we’ve ever seen.
Disney’s The Nutcracker and the Four Realms is in theaters now!
