5 Looks From the Destination: Disney Style Cities

If you haven’t tuned into our new YouTube series Destination: Disney Style, you’re missing out on a world of fashion, trends, and global Disney style. In the series, we go around the world with some of our favorite YouTubers to uncover Disney in everything from street style to runway fashion. We were so inspired by the trends we saw around the world, so we created a photo story with some of our favorite looks.

In Tokyo, we spotted incredible Disney street style fashion and were inspired by the mix of bright accessories and pastel colors to create this look. Fashionistas wore platform loafers, choker jewelry, and everyday backpacks proving that the right pieces can make an effortlessly chic look.

In celebration of our favorite Disney fashion icon, Minnie Mouse, we chose a polka dot look that’s fresh and sweet, and looks great against the backdrop of cherry blossoms and Shanghai architecture.

New York’s fast-paced downtown street style inspires this edgy look. In our New York episode of Destination: Disney Style, we visit Coach Creative Director Stuart Vevers to discuss the coveted Mickey x Coach collection. The nearly sold out collection proves that Mickey Mouse, like New York City, never goes out of style.

It may have rained a bit while shooting Destination: Disney Style in London, but we learned that the perfect trench coat is key to chic survival. Over a striped summer dress, this look can transform from a sunny morning with tea to a rainy and blustery afternoon.

Since the final episode of Destination: Disney Style features an exciting new collaboration with Pixar, we drew inspiration for this from Hollywood animation. Mixing bold primary colors is vibrant, fun, and just “so LA.”
