Today marks the 65th anniversary of Walt Disney’s 1951 animated classic Alice in Wonderland! Take a minute to think about how much you love Alice and her wondrous adventures … and remember that when your parents or grandparents were children, they loved her too. Pretty crazy! To celebrate this very merry anniversary, we put together a few looks inspired by three of our favorite Alice in Wonderland characters.

Dress: Topshop Unique, Headband: Claire’s, Backpack: New Look, Belt: Dorothy Perkins, Shoes: River Island
We love this Topshop Unique lace blue dress as a way to dress up Alice’s signature A-line silhouette. Since Alice typically wears a short apron around her waist, we added a few white accessories including a backpack to take place of the big white bow on her back. The black mary-jane low-heel pumps and bow headband are Alice staples that can easily fit into your everyday wardrobe.

Trench Coat: Mango, Bow: Claire’s, Top: Wearall, Pants: Diane Von Furstenberg, Shoes: Palomitas, Hat: Gigi Burris
While Mad Hatter’s style might be a bit old-fashion by modern standards, he does have pieces that serve as great fashion inspiration. Swap his jacket and pants for a cool trench coat and trousers, and his green 10/6 hat for a suede fedora.

Sweater: Kenzo, Trousers: Topshop, Bag: Lauren Ralph Lauren, Glasses: Henry Lary, Necklace: Kohl’s, Watch: Olivia Burton, Vest: Theory, Shoes: Cole Haan
White Rabbit’s three-piece outfit is the perfect menswear inspiration with a set of trousers, a sweater and a vest that create a layered look. Of course, we included a few details as a reminder to be on time and cute white loafer sneakers that can take your outfit from day to night.
