Proving that Disney style is a global topic, bloggers and fashionistas gathered together at Disney’s Fashion Open House yesterday during Berlin Fashion Week. The event, which took place at the Das Stue Hotel in Germany, was filled with 30 designer collaborations from this year including Kate Spade, Marc Jacobs, Coach, and Valentino. Guests sipped drinks while perusing the collections and snapping photos of must-haves of looks inspired by Disney, Star Wars, and Marvel.
We’ve been in love with this Victoria Beckham Pre-Fall 2016 tee since it debuted on the her Instagram. The design features Minnie walking away with her signature polka-dots, yellow shoes, and bow. Displayed over it is a Marc Jacobs runway piece, which features a sequin appliqué of Mickey on the shoulder.
German brand Onomato styled Disney in the form of handbags and clothing featuring Mickey, Minnie and Donald.
Kate Spade also had a Minnie moment at the event. Our favorite glitter bow clutch also looked great modeled with the Marc Jacobs collection tweed appliqué skirt.
We mentioned these Master of Arts Mickey sneakers before, but they’re even cooler in person. The table was lined with MOA sneakers in a variety of colors and styles.
Another shoe collection that made an appearance was from Mickey Mouse-obsessed Chiara Ferragni.
This pink Daisy sweater is a mock-up designed by Disney’s London team. A few mock-ups were featured at the event as examples of the endless inspiration Disney brings to fashion. On the right, Ana Locking’s designs prove that Donald is really having a fashion moment.
Bambi also made an appearance at the Open House in the form of a heart-shaped neutral bag by Codello.
What would the season of Disney fashion look like without the Disney x Coach collection? We’re still obsessing over fan photos on Instagram, and were even more excited to see them again at Berlin Fashion Week!
